Liberkeys

Dôme Immobilier

When growth and product value are deeply intrecated.

As Liberkeys prepared to commercialize its internal real estate platform, its fragmented UI foundations became a barrier to scalability. I redesigned its design system to support multiple brands, improve accessibility, and enable product teams to maintain and evolve the interface independently.

DESIGN PROBLEM

Designing for change, not just consistency.

Designing for change, not just consistency.

Designing for change, not just consistency.

Built for internal operations, the platform had accumulated inconsistent interfaces and patterns. Commercializing it as a B2B SaaS required a coherent experience that could adapt to different brands and remain maintainable without a dedicated designer on every iteration.

RESULTS

Accessibilty

An inclusive foundation

Established color usage rules, contrast matrices, and accessible visual specifications. I also chose inclusive libraries so that future iconography will be inclusive by default.

Scalability

White-label readiness

Built adaptable color palettes and logo-ready navigation while preserving shared product structures.

Autonomy

A documented design system

Documented components, iconography, and usage guidelines to support independent maintenance by Product and Engineering.

USE CASE

Building a system people could actually use.

Building a system people could actually use.

Making accessibility and design autonomy part of a B2B transformation.

Challenge

The platform had been designed around Liberkeys’ internal needs. Preparing it for external clients required a different level of consistency, flexibility, and maintainability.

Problem

The existing interfaces relied on fragmented patterns, making changes difficult to propagate and creating unnecessary dependencies on design expertise.

Approach

As Liberkeys prepared to commercialize its internal real estate platform, I redesigned its UI foundations to support white-label branding while preserving a consistent product experience.

By separating brand customization from shared interface patterns, I helped prepare Dôme for B2B commercialization and independent maintenance by Product and Engineering teams.

01 — Making accessibility systematic

I restructured color palettes and defined usage guidelines, contrast combinations, and icon specifications to make accessible choices easier and more consistent.

02 — Separating branding from product structure

I designed a controlled white-label approach: brand colors and logos could change, while navigation patterns, components, and core workflows remained shared.

03 — Designing for autonomy

I documented component anatomy, interaction patterns, typography, iconography, and usage rules. I also identified reusable external icon and illustration libraries so teams could create and extend interfaces without relying on a dedicated designer.

REFLEXION

A design system is only useful if people can maintain it.

A design system is only useful if people can maintain it.

The goal wasn’t to create a perfect component library.

By documenting both the rules and the resources needed to apply them, I helped make design decisions more accessible to the teams responsible for the product’s future. It was to make accessibility, consistency, and adaptability easier to preserve as the product evolved.
